50% deposit (Stripe, ACH, or wire) when the contract is signed. Work begins the moment it clears. 50% balance due on launch day, before the site goes live on your domain.
The LLC contracts under a written Master Services Agreement that caps Provider liability at fees paid in the prior 12 months and requires commercially reasonable E&O / Tech Professional Liability coverage. A Certificate of Insurance is available on request.
