How Triad Global, LLC handles visitor and prospect information on solutions.triadglobal.org.
We don't sell, share, or syndicate visitor data. For site statistics we use a privacy-friendly analytics provider (Plausible) that doesn't set cookies or collect personal information. For advertising measurement we use the Meta Pixel, which does set cookies (details below). The only personal information we hold is what you choose to send us via email or a contact form.
Triad Global uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-respecting analytics provider that does not use cookies and is fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR. Plausible measures aggregate, anonymous usage statistics:
Plausible does not store IP addresses, does not set cookies, does not assemble cross-site profiles, and does not sell data. Read Plausible's data policy at plausible.io/data-policy.
Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram ads). We use the Meta Pixel to measure whether our ads on Meta platforms lead to visits and enquiries, and to show relevant ads to people who visited this site. The Pixel sets cookies and sends page-view and form-submission events (with your browser and IP information) to Meta, which may combine them with your Meta account. You can limit this through your browser's cookie settings, Meta's ad preferences, or the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out. See Meta's privacy policy for how they process it.
If you email office@solutions.triadglobal.org, we receive whatever you send: your email address, name (if provided), and the contents of your message. We use that information solely to reply to you and, where appropriate, to keep a record of correspondence in our partner workspace.
If you submit a request through a form on this site (for example, requesting our institutional packet), the form information is delivered to the partnership's officers via Google Firebase (our hosting and database platform). We do not transmit it to any other third party.
Where we deliver services that involve your data, we may rely on the sub-processors below, each under its own terms and data protections. A current list is available on request, and we will provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for clients whose vendor-onboarding requires one.
Where we describe work as "built on OpenAI / Anthropic," our engagement terms require a human to review AI outputs before any customer-facing use.
Anonymous analytics data is retained by Plausible for the duration of the analytics retention period. Email correspondence and form submissions are retained for as long as you remain a contact, prospect, or counterparty of the partnership. You may request deletion at any time by emailing solutions@triadglobal.org with the subject line "Privacy request."
If you live in the EU, UK, California, or another jurisdiction with data-privacy regulation, you have the right to request a copy of any personal information we hold about you, request that we correct it, or request that we delete it. Email solutions@triadglobal.org with the subject line "Privacy request" and we will respond within 30 days.
This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected in a footer note on the home page for at least 30 days.
