The model, in plain terms

Your embedded team member remains employed and paid by Triad Global, LLC — we are the employer of record. You direct their day-to-day work; we carry the employment relationship, payroll, taxes, insurance, and compliance. Everything is governed by a written Master Services Agreement that assigns all work product and IP to you and defines the engagement, notice, and replacement terms up front. This managed-employer structure is what keeps the arrangement clean for both sides — you get a dedicated teammate without taking on employment liability or worker-classification risk.
