Website Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of solutions.triadglobal.org. They do not govern your engagement with us as a client — that is governed by a separate written Master Services Agreement.

Effective: April 2026 · Last updated: April 2026

Plain summary: This page is informational. Nothing on it is a contract for services. To engage us, you and Triad Global, LLC must sign a written Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work. Use of the website is governed by US law (Wyoming).

1. About us

This website is operated by Triad Global, LLC, a Wyoming-formed limited liability company doing business as Triad Global Solutions. Our registered name, the technology services arm, and the real estate holding business at triadglobal.org are operated by the same legal entity under one Operating Agreement.

2. Acceptance

By accessing this website, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent change.

3. The website is informational

The content on this site, including service descriptions, pricing, case studies, and the lead-impact calculator, is provided for general information. None of it constitutes a binding offer or guarantee of outcome.

4. How engagement works

If you contact us through this site, the typical sequence is:

  1. You submit a request via the form or by emailing office@triadglobal.org.
  2. We respond within one business day with either questions, an initial scope, or a referral if your project isn't a fit.
  3. If we proceed, we send you a written Master Services Agreement (MSA) and a Statement of Work (SOW) that define scope, deliverables, schedule, fees, and payment terms.
  4. Work commences only after both documents are signed and the deposit invoice is paid.

Until an MSA + SOW are signed, no contractual relationship exists between you and us.

5. Intellectual property

The website. The website content, brand marks, copywriting, logo, and design are the property of Triad Global, LLC. You may quote brief passages with attribution; you may not redistribute the site or its components in bulk.

Client work. Ownership of work product produced under a signed SOW is governed by the MSA. Standard practice: code, design files, and final deliverables are assigned to the client on full payment; pre-existing components and our internal toolkits remain ours.

6. Calculator outputs

The lead-impact calculator at /#roi models the relationship between site speed, mobile bounce rate, and lost revenue based on public Google research. It is a planning aid, not a binding projection. Real-world results depend on traffic source, market conditions, conversion-funnel quality, and many other variables outside the calculator's inputs.

7. No professional advice

Nothing on this site constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice. If you need advice in those areas, consult a licensed professional.

8. Linked sites

The site links to third-party services (e.g. Calendly, GitHub, LinkedIn, our case-study clients' sites). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

9. Disclaimers

The website is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or freedom from errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triad Global, LLC and its partners, officers, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this website. Our maximum aggregate liability for claims related to website use shall not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). Liability arising out of a signed MSA + SOW is governed by the limits set in those documents, not this website notice.

11. Privacy

How we handle visitor data is described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law & venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Wyoming.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be flagged on the home page for at least 30 days.
