When you submit a contact form on this site (the audit request, project inquiry, or any other), the form information — name, email, company, message contents — is delivered to our team's workspace via Google Firebase. It is used only to:
We do not sell, share, or syndicate this data. We do not enrich it via third-party data brokers. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it within 30 days.
If you email office@triadglobal.org, we receive what you send and use it solely to reply and to maintain a written record of the engagement. Email is delivered through Google Workspace.
If you become an active client, your project data (briefs, deliverables, invoices) is stored in our partner workspace under access controls written into our standard Master Services Agreement. The full data-handling commitment for client work is the MSA, not this policy.
Anonymous analytics data is retained by Plausible per their retention policy. Lead-form submissions and email correspondence are retained for the duration of the engagement plus seven years (the standard US business-records retention window for tax-relevant correspondence). You may request deletion at any time by emailing office@triadglobal.org with subject "Privacy request."
If you live in the EU, UK, California, or another jurisdiction with data-privacy regulation, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. Email office@triadglobal.org with subject "Privacy request" and we will respond within 30 days.
This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
