Code review

Every PR over 500 lines goes through us. Every architecture-changing PR goes through us. Every PR your most junior engineer sends, we review with feedback. Quality stays high without slowing down velocity.

If you're pre-product, we'll ship the MVP with you. We've taken HIRO MINDS from concept to live therapy platform serving real patients. Same playbook for your product, scoped to your timeline and capital.

DD prep for the next round

Six weeks before your next raise, we walk you through a fund's typical technical-due-diligence checklist (security, GDPR/HIPAA, scalability, hiring plan, IP) and ship the binder so it's ready when the term sheet lands.

Weekly cadence

Two scheduled half-days a week — Tuesday + Thursday by default — plus async Slack as needed. Monthly written status report. Quarterly written re-scoping of the engagement.
